REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Everything you buy from our store is created especially for you. If the size you ordered is incorrect, we are always pleased to arrange a free size exchange (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer).

All eligible orders are eligible for returns, and requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date (return shipping is paid for by the client). The items need to be unwashed and unworn. With the exception of the original delivery costs, your order will be refunded. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund. Please contact us using the Contact Us form to seek a return or exchange; we'd be pleased to assist you with this.
